Virtual PA Services and Mail Management – Part One

A business needs to look professional and often business premises will create this impression. If you are just starting out it is an idea to keep costs down and for this reason a lot of business owners will work from home. This does save costs, but might not look professional in all cases.

Advertising your home address can create security issues. Do you want all your customers and potential business to know your home address? This is often the place to relax and spend time with the family and if this address is on letterheads, business cards and the internet it can leave the door open for people to visit or simply drop by.

There is also the time when potential conflicts or disagreements may occur with your business and competitors. It is therefore a good idea to use an address that can be supplied using virtual pa and office services.

Key benefit being all your business correspondence will have an office address from which mail is forwarded to you by a virtual PA. This can often be incorporated with a phone answering service so that calls to a direct landline will also be answered as if your business is a virtual office.

If you move home, moving that business address will also become a hassle as you will need to re-route everything aswell as any domestic post. If you have a virtual office, you will be able to keep that same address as the business grows and changes.  The address on letterheads, brochures or business cards can also remain the same and will not need to be changed, which is another cost saving.
