Mobile Phone Satisfaction Rating

Although most telephone answering service companies use landline telephones, there may be times when a mobile phone is used but out of all the choices of smartphones which comes top for customer satisfaction?

The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) is a report which rates American consumers satisfaction with a range of products. In the mobile phone market there was a clear winner and it was no surprise to find that the winner was the Apple iPhone. Out of 700,000 consumers quizzed, the iPhone had a record score of 83 out of 100. This is a fantastic score for any product and shows how much people enjoy using the iPhone as their communication device.
